The target, exactly.
One brand, YouTube only, one calendar month at $300K of spend, held at the NC ROAS floor and read in our own data.
≈ $10K/day for 31 days on Ledisa YouTube. January is when New Year resolutions drive weight-loss demand. In Q4-2025 Ledisa's New Year peak was 3× Black Friday. December is the rehearsal: we arrive in January already at full speed.
The only store that can absorb $10K a day.
Picked from the company's own Creative Report and Triple Whale, not a guess.
$300K on top of Ledisa's $2.55M monthly paid spend. For Celmor it would be +86%, a different store overnight.
Lifetime AppLovin video spend at NC ROAS 0.92 across 5,766 ads. 35% of it went to 21 winners at ≥ 1.0.
Weight loss is the category January was made for. Cleantra and Celmor have no comparable seasonal lift.
Ledisa has been on YouTube before. It fell short.
$170K at NC ROAS 0.53. The best campaign reached 0.74. What failed was the setup, not the channel, and each failure has a known fix.

Clean landing
45% of past spend went to a quiz page that named Rx drugs, which left 71% of ads "approved (limited)".
Bid on purchases
Past campaigns optimized to in-quiz "add to cart". Google reported ROAS 15; Triple Whale saw 0.1.
Proven creative
The summer relaunch used Meta winners: 0.04–0.34. Meta is Ledisa's weakest cold channel; AppLovin is the strongest.
Reality check: Echelonn, a YouTube specialist agency, shows ~0.55–0.59 click-only ROAS on its own supplement Demand Gen. 0.9 in Triple Whale is ambitious. The plan is built so we know by Nov 17 whether it is reachable, before the big money goes in.
One engine, one test cell.
From the four products the store shows (Berberine, NAD+, Sleep, Mood): money goes where the creative and the landing are already proven.
Ledisa Berberine Patch
- All 21 AppLovin winners are this product
- Landing proven: Netz free-gifts offer (Buy 2, Get 2) · 90-day guarantee
- Angles that win: cravings, menopause, after-50, senior offer, 28-day story
Sleep Patch
- Search comparison already live
- Gift-season angle; needs its own creative
- Starts only if Berberine passes the day-28 gate
NAD+ · Mood
- No video history, no tested landing
- Revisit in February
Per product: three campaigns, never mixed.
Prospecting is split from remarketing, and in-stream from Shorts. Each format gets its own budget and its own learning, so a weak Shorts week cannot starve a strong in-stream week. The scaling playbook we follow (Echelonn) splits the same way.
Same 3-campaign template for Sleep when it opens. US only. One video per ad, so Triple Whale reads NC ROAS per video (verified: TW carries Google ad_id).

How it reaches $10K/day: more campaigns, not bigger steps
Each winning angle gets cloned into its own campaign. At ~$800–1,000/day per campaign, January runs on about 12 campaigns. Each budget moves +20% at most per step, and the NC ROAS floor never moves.
We start from what already sells.
Six of the 21 winners pulled from the marketing tool (Creative Report, last 30 days, Triple Whale 7-day). Each card shows what we keep, and what Google will not accept and we rebuild.
We make the videos. All of them.
No queue, no hand-offs. Brief to live ad in hours, by API, the same way we already make images. If Google rejects one line, we regenerate that line, not the video.
Know by Nov 17. Win in January.
Each phase has a gate. Money only scales on Triple Whale numbers, never on Google's conversion column.
The ramp, day by day.
Spend follows the gates. The NC revenue line is the floor case (0.9); at 1.0 it sits on the spend line.
Trade-off, said up front: at 0.9 the December portfolio NC ROAS dips from 1.54 to ~1.43 (more new customers, at a lower ratio). Max exposure before the scale decision: the ~$42K test.
YouTube creates the search. Brand must catch it.
Today Ledisa's brand campaigns show on about half of brand searches. Every new viewer who googles "Ledisa" while we're absent is demand we paid for and someone else collects. We fix it before launch.
So the lever is keyword bids, not budget. Last 30 days: 39.4K brand impressions, 8.9K clicks, $21.5K.
Viewers hear the name. They don't read it.
Our own speech-to-text transcribed the winners' voiceovers as "Ladesa", "Ledesa" and "Ladisa". People already search 27 misspellings today. Video will multiply them.

Two new screens. Our data only.
A YouTube section in Tepui to run the $300K month day by day, and a halo dashboard that shows whether YouTube is lifting Search Brand, organic and direct. Both built before launch.
